Do you offer returns & refunds on your products?
We offer 30 days return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return your product needs to still have all tags attached and still have original packing.
If the product you receive is faulty or damaged beyond the 30 day returns period, please contact us at info@swifterstore.com and we will work to find a solution to your issue.
Can I change the contents of my order?
Unfortunately this is not possible as we use an automated system.
