Doesn’t bounce or move while running. Feels secure and comfortable. Phone fits in the big pocket and I pop my keys in one of the small pockets. I’ve worn for a race, easy runs, track sessions and long runs. No issues. Would definitely recommend.

This is the best running belt I’ve tried. It is very comfortable and the only belt I have found that doesn’t budge when running. I’ve worn it for easy runs and faster sessions and it’s perfect for both. Would highly recommend!

This is a must have for anyone who needs somewhere to hold keys/card etc while running - gone are the days of needing to hide your car keys! I am loving the swifter belt ! I always listen to music and podcasts in my easy runs. Other belts or arm bands I have used have chafed and are not fit for purpose. The Swifter belt is so comfortable and doesn’t slip or move . I have used it for my phone , house keys and gels. Love it !

Love this belt for shorter runs in my marathon training when I don’t feel like wearing a vest! The multiple pockets are so convenient so I can have my key, phone and headphones all in different pockets. Often forget I’m even wearing it - would recommend!
