How do you wash SwiftVest?
It is recommended that you hand wash your SwiftVest with cold water and mild detergent. It is also possible to machine wash it on a cold temperature and a low spin, but make sure cordage is secure when machine washing.
Is the phone pouch waterproof?
Yes, the phone pouch has water -proof lining to withstand heavy rainfall. However, it is not advised to submerge the vest in water.
Is the vest suitable for different kinds of sports?

Running for last number of years and first time to use a Vest usually carried water in hand and gels in pockets of shorts. Thought I might have some issues with using water bottle but no issues what so ever. Brought some gels with me and for first half of long run put them in pocket in front of water, but changed them then to "phone" pocket as this pocket was empty.
