Location: Remote (Ireland-Based) – Must be available for monthly team meet ups In Dublin/ Swifter Events
Role Type: Full-Time (Open to part-time for the perfect senior candidate)
The Opportunity
We are Swifter. We design essential, problem-solving gear for runners that actually works. We are a fast-moving Dublin startup with global ambition.
We are looking for our third key hire. This isn't just a job; it’s an opportunity to get in on the ground floor and shape the visual identity of a scaling brand.
We aren't looking for a "corporate marketing manager" or to hire an agency. We are looking for a Creative Hybrid: someone who possesses the strategic mind of a Brand Director and the technical speed of a Content Creator. You have taste, you understand typography, aesthetics, and brand storytelling - but you also love the data and the thrill of a winning ad or piece of content.
The Mission
Your goal is to make Swifter the most visually compelling running brand. You will work directly alongside the co-founder and head of Marketing (Nadia) to build an in-house content engine that feels premium yet moves at a speed fast enough to build performance marketing.
What You’ll Be Leading
1. Brand Guardianship & Visual Strategy: You aren't just editing video; you are elevating the brand. You will be responsible for conceptualising content that looks and feels high-end but is designed to convert. You will help define Swifter’s visual evolution - ensuring every font, edit, and colour grade feels undeniably us.
2. The "Idea to Post" Pipeline: You are the strategist. You’ll be scrolling, spotting trends in fashion and fitness, and translating them into Swifter concepts. You’ll take raw iPhone footage, pre-shot founder content, or use high-end production shots, and UGC, and turn them into assets that stop the scroll. You know how to make a piece of content feel native to TikTok/Reels while maintaining brand integrity.
3. Performance Creative (The Organic → Paid Loop): You understand the modern marketing funnel. You will create high-engagement organic content to build our community. You will then have the skills to remix that creative for paid media.
4. Storytelling for Runners: You understand the customer’s emotions and mindset and can create content that resonates. Whether it’s the frustration of a bad running socks or the joy of a PB, you need to translate those feelings into visual hooks that the customer relates to immediately. You also understand the runners aesthetic and the brand feel of Swifter, and have a strong interest in what’s trending in the fitness and lifestyle world.

You Have "The Eye": You care about branding and understand that a brand is built in the details.

Social First: You have a deep knowledge of social. You understand pacing, trending sounds, and the psychology of what makes good content.

You Are a Multi-Hyphenate Editor: You don't just splice clips; you build narratives. You are highly proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut.

You Prioritise Output: You know that perfectionism is the enemy of growth. You can balance high quality with high volume.

You Are Data-Led: You post and iterate. You look at the retention charts. If the drop-off is at 3 seconds, you know exactly how to re-edit the hook to fix it.
The "Nice to Haves"

You are a runner or active in the fitness/wellness space (helpful for understanding the product nuances).

Experience in high-growth DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) e-commerce.

Strong graphic design or videography portfolio

You are comfortable jumping into Adobe Illustrator/ Canva to tweak assets, create overlays, or design static ads when needed.
